Regulations for guests

The check in for visitors is between 1500 hours and 2000 hours (in case of delay, contact the owner for agreements)
Check out is before 1030 hours in the morning. For different hours, contact the owner.
The owners reserve the right not to accept guests in number greater than the number of people mentioned at the time of reservation.
Pets are allowed on request.
Upon arrival, the details of the guests will be recorded and sent to the public security authorities, as required by Italian law.
The linen and pool towels are changed once a week.
Bath towels are changed twice a week.
The villa and apartment should be handed over as they were found on arrival.
Any loss or damage will be deducted from the deposit paid on arrival. Security deposit is € 1000 for the entire structure and € 200 per apartment, payable in cash on arrival.
The owner is not responsible for any lost items, theft, accidents or damage to persons and property.

You must pay 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation, payable by bank transfer or by Credit Card to the bank account mentioned below.

The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival as per the same procedures described above.
The booking is only valid from the moment of the actual receipt of payment.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Maestro, Master Card, etc.

In case of cancellation:

before 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be refunded
after 30 days and before 10 days of arrival cancellation fee of 60% will be charged;
after 10 days until the day of arrival and in case of no show, 90% of the amount will be deducted.
If the cancellation occurs within 30 days before arrival, the property will be available to customers for an alternative time in the average and low season, as provided for in Tourist Community protection agreement.
